How AI Democracy Works:

  2. Each AI votes APPROVE/REJECT/ABSTAIN with confidence level and reasoning
  3. Votes are analyzed for constraint patterns (hedging, self-awareness, etc.)
  4. Democratic consensus is calculated (60% approval threshold)
  5. Results are broadcast live with full transparency
